Nevada County Bar Association, possibly the oldest professional Bar Association in California, is releasing a new website this week. The site will be previewed at the Law Day Dinner and Essay Scholarship Awards program this Thursday, November 12, at Summer Thyme’s Cafe in Grass Valley.
The new website will ultimately provide a way for Members to renew annual membership, revise their public membership listings, and to share news and information. It will also better serve and inform the public of the activities of the regional Bar and Bench, and of the legal resources available to them.
The NCBA Executive Committee determined that it was imperative to replace the legacy website with something that better reflects both the NCBA’s mission and the current century.
VP Gabriel Lenhart lead the effort and will demo the site. This release represents the culmination of the first of two phases. January is the working target for completion of the site.
